Maestro is traditional balsamic vinegar made from first-class fruit, harvested from privately owned farms.

It is condensed with gentle heating for over forty hours until it reaches the desired qualities. It contains no preservatives, nor artificial colors and fragrances. It contains no sugar or other sweeteners.

It is produced from pomegranates, apples and grapes.
